Tyler Collins is a profitable futures day trader and trading mentor based in Atlanta, Georgia.
I’m a 25-year-old former software engineer who made the decision to leave the corporate world in October 2025 to pursue day trading full-time. My journey began in April 2023, when I started studying the futures market as a self-taught trader; fueled by a deep curiosity for market structure, data, and discipline. What started as a personal challenge quickly became a life-changing passion. After achieving consistent profitability and earning multiple funded payouts through Topstep, I realized I wanted to help others do the same; not just through charts and setups, but through mindset, structure, and accountability.
In February 2024, I founded The Mended Collective, a trading education platform built to empower traders to reach financial independence through strategy mastery, self-awareness, and disciplined execution. The academy is now home to a growing community of traders learning how to navigate the markets with clarity and confidence. Today, my focus is on creating sustainable success; both in trading and in life, while mentoring others to break limiting beliefs, build structure, and trade with purpose.
